AidVerdict helps you understand your college financial-aid award letter. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and how we use it.

What you give us

The award letter you upload and the income band you select. Award letters can contain sensitive details (a student’s name, family income indicators). We process your letter to produce your verdict and do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Uploaded images are retained only as long as needed to produce and improve your result, then removed on a rolling basis. Exact retention windows will be finalized with counsel before launch.
